We loved our views of the ocean and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The Hollys’ condo had everything we needed and more including beach gear which we loved. The owners were also very helpful with any questions we had about Kauai. We had a wonderful vacation!

One week was not enough for this perfectly located condo and all of its amenities. Amazing views, well stocked (sun screen to beach chairs to laundry detergent…), and a great location… 5 mins to Foodland in Princeville and 10 mins to Hanalei. Totally worth the price.  We’ll be back during whale watching season!

Greatest views ever. This condo has awesome views. It is so nice to go there. They think of everything you could possibly need to make your vacation enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The Holly’s Kauai Condo met or exceeded all of our needs as a family of four (kids 5 & 7 years old) visiting the island for 10-days. Physically the condo provided enough room and had all of the amenities we needed for cooking, daily excursion planning, and beach going. The kitchen has all the necessities and depending on who’s been there before you, a serviceable pantry. We prepared seven dinners during out stay and I wasn’t wanting for much in the way of equipment. They’ve amassed a huge cache of games, puzzles and movies (locally themed) for plenty of family night activities. The condo also boasts an arsenal of beach items including snorkel sets, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The condo is very well maintained and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

Clean and well kept, all the amenities you need plus an at home feel with games and movies. Plenty of beach equipment (snorkel gear boogie boards and other items). Great views from the rooms and an ocean breeze. Love leaving the windows open at night and listening to the tide. If you need information and recommendations about the area don’t hesitate to ask they have a wealth of information available! You won’t regret staying here.

We loved every minute of our stay in Alan and Holly’s condo. As accurate as the description is, it underestimated just how wonderful the property is – located at the end of a building, overlooking the ocean, the cleanliness, the thoughtful extras, the comfiness of the space and especially the beds, etc. We fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean and spend our mornings on the balcony watching the waves before venturing out. Alan and Holly provide everything you could need from beach towels to boogie boards and lawn chairs; coffee filters, coolers, and Q-tips. The bookshelves hold guidebooks and a wide array of movies. The condo is spacious and quiet, ten minutes from Hanalei and less than five minutes from the grocery store. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Wow is the only way to describe our stay. From the first contact with the Holly’s to seeing the place in person. As described and then some. The views are amazing.

What a fabulous vacation experience spending a relaxing week in Alan and Vickie’s very comfortable and well equipped condo. Alan was extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do tailored toward our interests. We took many wonderful hikes from the condo as per his detailed directions. The highlight was the condo’s premo location perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. We were mesmerized by the whale activity and the bird life as well as the lush plantings throughout the north shore. Highly recommend staying here and have plans to return.
